After collecting survey results, the author decided to design characters with segmented arms and stick to their original environment art style, despite close second question results, because it fits their pixelated theme. Weapon Art 1 was clearly most popular, but the author believes the higher quality image influenced votes and will consider all feedback in sketches. The survey provided beneficial early feedback but could be improved with a longer format if full survey features were available.

results I have decided to
design arm in various
segments when I come to
drawing my sketches and
my final pieces of
concept art. Even if the
results weren't in favour
“Character Art 1” I would
still most likely go for
that type of design
because I know that the
final product will good.

3. The second question
results were quite close
together but the 2nd
environment art got the
most results, but I will
stick be going with the
style of the 1st piece of
environment art because
I’m going for a pixelated
theme as I am using the
Gamemaker Engine to
create the environment
concept art.

5. I believe that the feedback was very beneficial for my
project but I think that could be improved if the I
made the survey longer, but I was unable to do that
because of not being able to acquire a full
membership on ‘SurveyMonkey’, so after gathering
this feedback I will take into consideration the types
of designs that were chosen and use that to create
my own sketches of concept art.
