capture true under-recovery of man power used in various functional segments in the division. The mechanism helps
to improve true costing pattern of the projects and to calculate the charge out rate of the division.

SAIL Bhilai – Settled claim against additional costs amounting to INR 24’ for Bhilai BOF
project- Change Order also received. Settled claim- counterclaim ( LD/PVC) with customer
for multiple small Electrics projects. Arbitration initiated against SAIL Bhilai for settlement
of PVC claim ( EA project).
RINL – Won in High court (jointly with L&T) against RINL for non imposition of Cess on
equipment deliveries and engineering services.
JSL – Settlement of Claim/ Counter Claim with JSL for HSM Project ( Along with lead
consortium partner)
JSW – Claim in progress for additional man-day costs for JSW DRI project ( INR 56’)
BRG Steel – Successful in settlement of prolongation claim in autonomous turnkey
projects ( INR 12’)
ESS DEE – Successful in settlement of additional foreign supervision man-days ( 12’) in
turnkey project.
§ Led Merger and acquisition team, ensuring financial compliance for the mergers (Siemens and VAI)
