Inspiring Recommendation for "On the Spot"
“Sudharsan as we know is an incredible asset for the
network team, to cement that , this weekend we had a
weird issue the application would work fine on an
Internet infrastructure but not on a VPN infrastructure.
This might sound easy to blame the VPN. But it was
really like finding a needle in the haystack, The teams
used all their tools to figure the problem but none could,
Sudharsan never gave up, we were researching on this
issue till late night on Saturday and requested the
Customer to give us some time and continued the
research on Sunday morning as well. To my surprise, by
the time I sent the mail to Sudharsan asking for an
update he had a solution. He even called up Saravanan
from Windows team and ensured that the fix was done.
The issue was fixed and the customer was happy, she
even shared her hugs to the folks who got this completed
for her as it was business critical. To appreciate
Sudharsan’ s determination and commitment I

Teamwork Sudharsan Rangasamy has helped us a lot in
troubleshooting the Tory Burch performance issue and
gave us the proper direction to understand the problem
area. He has taken ownership from Network side and he
was with us fully till we resolved the issue. His
commitment towards the ownership and problem is
highly appreciated. His knowledge on Network side is
tremendous. He is very technical and friendly to work
with.
