This document provides an overview and objectives for an induction on knowledge about AIESEC, specialized units (SU), and functional roles. The induction aims to give a general understanding of AIESEC's vision and programs, clarify the purpose and structure of SUs, and explain the role and supports provided by an LC partner to the SU entity.
