DESIGN FEATURES
The opening of the ground plane to the
public realm spaces within the building’s
circulation pushed to the exterior,
allowing people to observe one another’s
action, turning the building into an urban
theatre.
STREETCONTINUATION
Stairs platform brings crowd from ground
level to the highest floor of the mall,
acting as an extended public plaza where
horizontal bonding exists.
