Before applying for a Student Visa, you must first be accepted for
full time study in a registered course offered at one of the
Australian universities.
In Australia, the Australian Government department (DIBP) places
the responsibility for checking the genuineness of the student and
verifying that they will comply with an Australian Student Visa
onto the Education Provider. Only when you get an acceptance
from an Australian Education Provider may you apply for a Student
Visa.
