This document discusses verb conjugation in the present simple tense in English. For subjects I, you, we, they, the verb stays in base form. But for subjects he, she, it, the verb stays in base form but adds "s" or "es" to the end. Examples provided are "I play soccer every day" and "He plays soccer every day". In the present simple
our verb will take two
different forms
depending on the
subject we have.
For I, YOU, WE, THEY our verb will stay in base form. Remember to
create a base form you only have to take “TO” away.
For example: I play soccer every day. TO PLAY ------- PLAY

3. STRUCTURE (HE, SHE, IT)
Subject + verb (in base
form) + add “s” or “es”…
For some of the
subjects or personal
pronouns the
structure of the verb
changes.
For HE, SHE, IT our verb will stay in base form but at the end of the base
form we will add “S” or “ES”. This will depend on the verb that we have.
For example: He plays soccer every day. TO PLAY --- PLAY ----- PLAYS
