Differentiate what’s urgent from
important and not important.
Set your habits
• Within 30 days, aim for 1% Improvement through
steady and consistent micro step
- daily morning routine
- daily night routine
• Eureka/Archimedes Principle- Law of Physics once
displaced, it’s replaced!
- You cannot remove a bad habit, if you will not
replace it with a good habit
