Capability Center in Gurgaon (NCR).The BCC is an
offshore group supporting Bain’s offices worldwide
in various types of projects and providing shared

• One Bain
Among the most recent BCC projects are the BCC
internal website and a new initiative called ‘Design your
office’.The ‘Design your office’ effort is a fun way to get
the team involved in redecorating various office
spaces, including the music room, reading room and
relaxation room.
• Bindaas@Bain
A group at BCC, Bindaas@Bain is just that—completely
Bindaas and fun. From organizing theme parties to
celebrating birthdays & festivals in style, Bindaas keeps the
BCC social calendar busy.

15. • Ring fence events
These are events where all the members of a team
(ringfence), who work together for three months, go
out and enjoy themselves over a team dinner or any
other team bonding event. Every three months these
ringfences are rotated.
•Off-site
Come September, the Bain India office travels to a
different city to celebrate the year gone by. It is also
the perfect opportunity to show off creativity—with
performances by the office band (Bain-da-band!) and
showcasing of videos that tell Bain stories with a
twist.

If you thought all people at BCC did was
PowerPoint, think again! From foosball to
football to cricket, BCC boasts of teams that area
force to reckon with in local sports leagues.
