  aim of all business owners and entrepreneurs
• To increase your bottom line, it’s VITAL to utilize
  more than just one strategy in order to increase
  sales.
Strategy # 1
Knowledgeable Personnel
• Having knowledgeable staff allows for more efficient and effective
  communication with employees and customers.
• Any educated staff member will understand how your
  “product/service” can fulfill a particular need as a solution, leading to
  more sales.
• Employees that are easy to teach can be easily motivated, altogether
  representing more of a positive energy for your company.
• Utilize the positive energy of your employees by creating a reward or
  bonus system for more sales, leads, etc. that are brought in from your
  employees hard work. Use your creativity.
Strategy # 2
Utilize and Adopt all Resources
• Adapt the power of technology to improve overall efficiency. Online
  tools, a website, the internet, etc. are just a few resources you can
  utilize to enhance productivity and increase sales.
• Marketing your business or brand online allows you to attract a larger
  presence within your targeted market.

  leading to an increase in sales.

  member of your own family.

Consistently find ways to Improve
• A business should never go idle.
• Be proactive and conduct survey’s to get personal insight from a
  consumer.
• Sometimes consumer’s see and experience things we can’t, by
  proactively acquiring feedback from actual consumers we can
  formulate different strategies or sale campaigns for a business.
• Find areas to trim down on unnecessary business expenses.

Constantly Follow up with Clientele
• Consistently following up gives your customers a feeling that your still
  there and you still care.
• By continuing to keep your existing clientele updated on promotions,
  products, services, etc. you get an increase in sales through steady
  communication.
• Keeping one loyal customer happy will bring you more new customers
  in the future.
