This document outlines the shot list for a horror film. It describes 24 shots that will be used to tell the story. The shots include establishing shots of the setting, medium and close-up shots of the main character as she hears strange noises and investigates in her house, and a climactic shot of a masked figure jumping out of the wardrobe.

2. Shot 1
Opening credits of film production in red
writing dripping down with black back
ground. Horror type music playing in the
back ground.
Shot 2
Images of news paper cuttings of a
tragic death on the headlines , flashing
past the screen in slow motion. Back
ground music is of a nursery rhyme being
sang by a little girl in a creepy tone. By
the sides will be the credits of the actors
names in red writing.

3. Shot 3
Camera fades in to a establishing shot of
where the film is set, showing the scenery
of a street in South London. This shot then
goes to a low angle shot of the houses
and moves slowly to the right to get
main character in the frame.
Shot 4
As the camera moves to the character it
goes to long shot of her walking in front
of the camera as the camera moves
back wards. The camera then starts to
zoom in more on the character.

4. Shot 5
Medium shot of main actor as it shows
her body language and facial
expressions to the noise of laughter she
hears around her. This cuts to next shot.
Shot 6
Medium shot of the back of character
as she walks on and the camera follows
her. This jump cuts to a long shot.

5. Shot 7
Woman looks behind her which goes in
to a Long shot of scenery of park as the
camera goes to a panning shot,
panning the whole park to show the
park coming alive on its own. Jump cuts
back to character.
Shot 8
Close up of woman’s face as it shows
her emotions of her reaction to what’s
happened. Cut to next shot.

6. Shot 9
Medium shot of character walking fast
towards the camera. Jump cuts to next
shot.
Shot 10
Medium shot of the woman opening her
front door. This is also a match on action
shot of 3 shots from the same position.
One from the back, one from the side
and one from the front.

7. Shot 11
Medium shot of front view of her
opening her door. This cuts to next shot
of her inside her house.
Shot 12
Close up of character as she’s inside her
house.

8. Shot 13
Camera goes to long shot of the inside
of her house as a noise is made coming
from up stairs.
Shot 14
Medium shot of woman calling out to
who ever is up stairs thinking it might be
her husband.

9. Shot 15
Camera then follows her up the stairs
from behind. This cuts to next shot.

Medium shot of woman walking around
her house up stairs with camera in front
of her which cuts to next shot.

10. Shot 17
Long shot of character walking in to her
bedroom where the noise came from.
Shot 18
Camera follows her across her bedroom
to the wardrobe in a long shot. Cut to
next shot.

11. Shot 19
Over the shoulder shot of the wardrobe
being seen from the characters
prospective as camera follows her
towards wardrobe.
Shot 20
Camera then goes to medium shot of
her back as she walks more closer to
wardrobe. Jump cut to a close up.

12. Shot 21
Extreme close up on her hand as she
goes to open the wardrobe. Jump cut
to next shot.
Shot 22
high angle shot of a little girl wearing a
mask hiding in her wardrobe which
jumps out at her. Cutting to next shot.

13. Shot 23
Medium shot of woman screaming
showing her terrified face which then the
camera zooms in to her face and
through her mouth fading to next shot.
Shot 24
Fading goes to a black screen with
sudden loud music in background which
also fades down.
