The storage agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting a storage space from Globalsky Pty Ltd. The minimum rental term is one month and rental fees are payable in advance. Access to the storage site is permitted daily between 7am-6pm with 24 hours notice required for other times. Hazardous materials must be removed from stored vehicles and repairs are not allowed on site. Globalsky Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any breaches and may sell stored vehicles with unpaid fees to recoup costs.

1. STORAGE AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The minimum term of storage is one month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The rental fee is payable in advance to Gobalsky Pty ltd car & Boat Storage Rental rates may be altered
by Globalsky pty ltd by written notice to be received at a minimum of one month prior to the end of the initial
agreed rental term.
3. Access to the site is between 7am and 6pm. 24 hours’ notice must be given Access at any other time is
by arrangement.
4. All gas canisters, fuel tanks (boats) are to be removed from the stored Vehicle and no other noxious,
dangerous, hazardous goods are permitted on‐site. In the event the gas bottles cannot be removed, they
must be switched off.
5. All Vehicles are to be parked correctly within their allocated booth and left secure.
6. The allocated booth site must be kept tidy.
7. All personal effects, valuables and foodstuffs must be removed from the Vehicle. Any access points
(windows, doors) are to remain locked during the period on site.
8. Vehicles must not be inhabited during the storage period.
9. No trading is permitted from the storage site. Vehicles may not be offered or advertised for sale while on
site.
10. No major repairs are permitted to be carried out on Vehicles at the storage site.
11. Children and pets must be supervised at all times while on site.
12. Globalsky pty ltd retains the right to terminate this contract immediately and with no liability to Globalsky
pty lts in the event of breach of these Storage Terms and Conditions, and in other events with one month’s
written notice.
13. By entering into this rental agreement, the Vehicle owner warrants that they have both ownership and
legal title of the stored Caravan ⁄ Boat ⁄ Trailer ⁄ Car (hereby called the “Vehicle”).
14. All Vehicles must be insured and kept insured during the period of storage. A copy of the insurance
policy may be asked for.
15. All Vehicles must be secured as per the conditions of the Vehicle owner’s insurance policy in respect to
the stored Vehicle.
16. Any changes to the details given by the Vehicle owner in this agreement should be notified to Globalsky
Pty ltd
17. In the event of the storage fee being overdue, Globalsky Pty Ltd may retain possession (LIEN) of the
Vehicle until the arrears are settled in full or otherwise discharged. Globalsky pty ltd will notify possession
by registered delivery.
18. In the event of a negative response to possession, legal action may be taken to recoup any unpaid
rental fees. Globalsky Pty Ltd may sell or dispose of the Vehicle. Globalsky Pty Ltd may also require
payment of default action costs, including any costs associated with accessing the Vehicle, and disposal or
sale of the Vehicle. Any excess moneys recovered by Globalsky Pty Ltd on disposal will be retained for the

19. In this agreement Globalsky Pty Ltd will act with due diligence in providing a fit and proper place for the
storage of all Vehicles.
20. Globalsky Pty Ltd excludes all liability for loss or damage unless such loss or damage is directly a result
of negligence of Globalsky pty ltd or its staff. No liability shall be accepted for damage caused neither by
