2. Application Introduction:
This project is all about providing 3G services like Mobile Internet and Broadband connections to the
European countries like Italy, UK, Austria, etc. Here Mediation pushes the formatted CDR to the server
called Staging Server. From there it is the responsibility of our product to pull the CDR from the
Staging Server, run rating procedure for it, generate charge, write in appropriate tables in case of
successful and unsuccessful records. Then after we run the billing processes, generate reports and
pass it to the downstream system through SFTP connections.
Responsibilities:
Providing L2 support to the client.
Receive and resolve application issues from users.
Interacting with clients and analyzing the business requirement.
Participating in weekly status meeting.
Monitor ticket queues, including tickets generated from JIRA.
Doing Root Cause Analysis forcomplex issues.
Solving ticketing issues
Resolving bugs according to its priority and SLA.
Producing Weekly and Monthly reports.
Write SQL queries as per requirement.
