Update to the product tank and supply hoses for better temp control, less waste.
A)Replaced tank with one that is jacketed for hot water temp control.
B)Added heat trace to the product transfer hoses from the pistons to the fill nozzles.
C)Added heat trace temp controller and solid state relay for temp control of the hoses.
D)Added hot water control valve and temperature control unit for hot water supply temp control.

Two sections of power belt conveyor salvaged from Tennessee were modified in the shop for use on the Blue line and Black line new label
applicators planned for installation first quarter at Etzel. Salvaging this conveyor and doing the work in house is a significant cost saving, as
well as a great learning tool for the team.

Added 6” kick plates to the bottom of the safety rails around the main Jelly tank pit. This will keep someone from slipping and sliding
under the safety rail as well as keep any cap’s or bottles from going into the pit.
