demand. Also the ticket size is higher, so if done

which can be developed once and sold
infinitely many times, in this too, for some

the best talent from top universities in India, making it
quite difficult for competition to hire good talent.

 Funding required for taking on competition(Weakness,
can be overcome easily with time, see point 17). Since
Real Estate is a basic needs business, there is no wonder
we will have competition.
 For taking onto competition, we have made some
innovations. Every innovation makes one of our business
processes(Sales, Tech, Product, etc) up to three times
better. We require money for bringing these ideated
concepts on ground for us to use. One of the core
innovation in use already.

12.  Have big competition but because the business is
not a new business and this business will be there
till a long stretch of Time. But outwitting
competition is required . It takes brute and brain.
We use the brain, you give us the brute. Best thing
about outwitting our competition is that we get our
hands on an evergreen business which is the third
largest employment provider in the country.(Taking
on competition is now a necessity but it will be our
asset in future if acted upon well)

13.  We would love to have some great mentors. I
personally found most of you in various
networking events in different colleges in last
two years while I was a freelancer. Not every
person will do. It takes a bit of trust in us since
we are passionate but we are young too.
 We are actively looking for funding as well.
 We want both you and your resources sir/ma’am.
I personally believe the person who amassed
such resources is more to be credited and kept
on side than the resources he amassed. Be our
