How to stretch every morning
Do what you already want to do!

1-minute checklist
 Find an object you check every morning.

 Before you sleep, put it on the ground.

 Go to bed and wake up as usual.

 See the object on the ground.

 When you bend to pick it up, try not bending your knees!

 And you’re done! Success!
Ta-da!
That’s really all there is to it! Congratulations, you
have just set up a morning stretch!

If you want more, there’s optional extra credit
suggestions after this.
Extra credit: extensions
Now that you’ve got a habit of daily stretching…

 Can you do this more than once a day? For
  instance, when at home, always put your phone
  on the ground instead of on the desk

 What are other stretches to do? Put objects on
  high shelves?

 Sequence stretches: Seeing the object on the
  ground reminds you to touch your toes. Make
  touching toes remind you to do another stretch.
