Stampede provides a complete range of brand name projectors, flat panel
displays, accessories and components to a variety of audio/visual, computer,
home theater resellers and integrators in the United States, Canada and Latin
America. In 2012 they started experimenting with Groupon, and found this new
channel drove tremendous business. However, with the spikes in orders that
come from a Groupon event, and limited technology, fulfillment was very
manual, and error prone. They turned to OzLINK, which dramatically
streamlined their pick/pack/ship process.

The Challenge:
Stampede sells their products across multiple channels including their own
eCommerce site, Groupon, and their sales team. As they added Groupon, they
saw a huge uptick in their order volume, however, this presented its challenges
to the warehouse, including:
 Handling spikes of Groupon orders which could double or triple
their normal daily volume. It was hard to manage and ensure they
got the right orders fulfilled in a timely fashion.
 Groupon requires a branded pack slip for their orders, and mixing
this in with other channels was prone to errors.
 With expanded items, channels, and growing order volume the
more manual processes in the warehouse were straining their
staff
