This document outlines several proposed urban development projects in and around Split, Croatia. It describes plans to expand the city based on principles from the ancient Diocletian Palace from 295-305 AD, with new zones organized around a central Cardo road. One proposal calls for expanding agricultural areas to support a more sustainable city model. Another proposal envisions Split hosting the 2022 Olympic Games and includes plans for an Olympic village. Additional concepts include an underwater hotel, parks, and a "Dobri Duje" tower that would serve as an EU headquarters and generate renewable energy. The proposals represent an enormous challenge but also business opportunities to build a technology-driven, sustainable city for the 22nd century.
