the east coast mainline offers connections to london Kings cross in
approximately 2 hours 20 minutes and leeds Bradford international

Situation
the parade of warehousing units lies in a long established warehousing/
industrial area approximately 2 miles to the south of the city centre and
0.8 miles from Junction 5 m621. the latter provides easy access to the
wider motorway network particularly the m1 and m62. the industrial
estate is accessed directlyoff thea653 (dewsburyroad)via Parkside lane.
the wider estate was largely constructed in the 1970s to 90s with some
