GOOD REASON TO
CELEBRATE -
CONFIRMATIONS
IN AUGUST
Giving some early information
about two confirmations on
25th August. We haven't had
any confirmations for a good
number of years so we can
celebrate with those being
confirmed. To this end a
community lunch following the
service will be organised. As
time gets closer, we will ask for
numbers and contributions of
food for lunch together as well
as helpers.
Thank you, Carol Eaton
BULLYING &
HARASSMENT
POLICY
Many of you will recall that the
Diocesan policy on “Bullying &
Harassment” (Policy No. 40.10:
23 November, 2016) was
discussed, voted on and
adopted by the St Paul’s Parish
at its recent Annual General
Meeting. As this policy applies
to Clergy, Parish Councils,
Parishioners and Volunteers, our
Parish Council agreed at its last
meeting on 18 July, that the
signed Statement of
Commitment and the full text of
the policy should be displayed in
both the hall and the foyer of
the Church. This will occur in the
very near future.
