Editor's Notes
What are you going to be when you grow up?That’s a question we’re asked a lot, starting at a very early age.How many of you had a good answer to this question when you were 5 or 10, or 18 or 22?This is the kind of question we were trained to answer. Usually the answer is supposed to correspond to a variety of predetermined job classifications. So we come up with some good answers. Doctor, lawyer, artist, nurse, manager, vice president of human resources, accountant, NASCAR driver, and so on. You know the drill.
So … how do you get from the “What” to the “How”? The answer may or may not be for you at St. Kate’s and it may not be in any form of graduate school experience. But we can state with some confidence that, many people who choose St. Catherine University for a graduate degree or certificate do so because they recognize that they want to find ways to answer questions about how they are going to lead their lives.Well, first let’s go back to the “What.” What do we do here at St. Kate’s?
