• 想要發展社群平台，首先該問自己的第一個問題
是：
▫ 憑什麼要別人使用我們的平台。
• To develop a social networking site, we must ask
ourselves first:
▫ Why the person want to use our platform?

• 因為我們的網站有許多很棒的功能？
• Because our platform provides a lot of great
functions?

• 不！這完全無法吸引我。
▫ 每當我看到一個新的社群網站，總是有些比
Facebook更優秀的地方，但我最終仍然不會在此停
留。
• No, it does not attract me.
▫ When I browsed a new social networking site, it
always had one or more better design than the
Facebook. However, I would not remain at last.

▫ 人們習慣使用Facebook，要如何改變這個習慣。

▫ 包括筆記軟體例如Evernote，社群網站例如
Facebook。

• 我們需要更高的視野。
▫ 以建立個人知識庫、個人品牌為訴求。

過完善、方便且直覺的方式取得平衡很重要。

• 當人們習慣使用我們的服務，組織自己的知識庫，
建立自己的個人品牌時，社群的建立就容易許多。

creating their own personal brand, it is easier to
promote the communities established.

▫ 當我在2012年注意到Google想透過G+做整合服務
時。
