В докладе рассматриваются вопросы увеличения операционной конверсии интернет-магазина.
Конверсией считается отношение заказов, совершенных в интернет-магазине по отношению к его посещаемости. То, что происходит дальше, как правило не так подробно обсуждается. Но потери, конечно, возникают и на последующих этапах взаимодействия с покупателем. При этом причины могут быть различными: от скорости обратного звонка из колл центра, до внешнего вида и вежливости курьеров. На некоторые из этих факторов есть возможность влиять напрямую, на некоторые нет. Но упускать их из вида не стоит. О том, за чем стоит следить и идет речь в докладе.
