הקשר בין הטרדה מינית של גברים ונשים בעבודה ודרכי התגובה בתלות של מסוגלות עצמית - מסוגלות עצמית נבחנת מודל התגובות ולפיו ניתן לבחון את יכולותיה/יכולתיו של המוטרד להגיב בנסיגה, עזיבה, אסרטיביות, הזנחה או פגיעה במקום העבודה.
