a) Statement: statement is used to supply an ideal value for some type of
restraint.
b) Conditionals: conditionals are formed by joining two statements with the
words if and then: if p, then q.
c)Hypothesis: A number is even and the “ If ” part is hypothesis.
d)Conclusion: the number is divisible by two and the “ then” part is conclusion.

2. research:
a) Converse: Converse of a conditional statement if formed by exchanging the
hypothesis and the conclusion.
b) Inverse: Negates both the hypothesis and the conclusion.
c) Contra positive: Switches the hypothesis and the conclusion and negates both
“ the converse of the inverse”
