4. На что следует обратить внимание?
1) «Заказчик» - это законный представитель
несовершеннолетнего (отец, мать и т.д.)
«Потребитель»- несовершеннолетний
2) Оплата обучения производится авансом за
каждый последующий месяц до 1-го числа
оплачиваемого месяца.
3) В случае нарушения обязанности по оплате
услуг в размере и сроке, Исполнитель имеет право
приостановить или прекратить действие договора.
5. Особые условия договора
1)Исполнитель оставляет за собой право в
одностороннем несудебном порядке
расторгнуть договор в случае
несвоевременной оплаты курса.
1)В случае пропуска занятия деньги за
пропущенные занятия не возвращаются и
перерасчету не подлежат.
1)В случае досрочного расторжения договора
заказчиком ранее оплаченные средства
подлежат возврату с даты, указанной в
заявлении на возврат денежных средств.

7. 1) предоставить клиенту 2 экземпляра договора;
2) заполнить пустые строки, кроме личных данных клиента;
3) обратить внимание клиента на некоторые пункты договора,
такие как сроки оплаты обучения, система перерасчета и
возврата, приложения «Календарное планирование на год» и
«Шкала языковых уровней»;
4) передать договоры клиенту для заполнения;
5) проверить правильность заполнения договоров, обратить
особое внимание на наличие подписей клиента в обоих
экземплярах;
6) поставить печать организации и подписать договоры;
7) один экземпляр договора передать клиенту, второй оставить у
себя;
8) пригласить клиента на первое занятие;
9) выдать квитанцию на оплату.
