درس في أحكم الشك في الصلاة
- 1. ﺍﻝﺸﻙ ﺃﺤﻜﺎﻡﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ ﺃﺤﻜﺎﻡ:
ﺃﻨﻭﺍﻉ ﺃﺭﺒﻌﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﻴﻜﻭﻥ:
1-ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﺃﺼل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ.
2-ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﺃﻓﻌﺎل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ.
3-ﺍﻝﺭﻜﻌﺎﺕ ﻋﺩﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ.
4-ﻝﻬﺎ ﺇﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻻ ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻜﻭﻙ.
ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﺃﺼل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ:
ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﺼﻭﺭﺘﺎﻥ ﻓﻬﻨﺎ ﻻ ﺃﻡ ﱠﻰﻠﺼ ﺃﻨﻪ ﻙﺸ ﻤﻥ:
ﺍﻷﻭﻝﻰ:ﺍ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺃﻥﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺸﻲﺀ ﻓﻼ ﺒﻬﺎ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﻜﻭﻙ ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﻗﺕ ﺨﺭﻭﺝ ﺒﻌﺩ ﻝﺸﻙ.
ﺍﻝﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ:ﺒﻪ ﻴﺸﻙ ﻤﺎ ﺃﺩﺍﺀ ﻓﻌﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻝﻭﻗﺕ ﺨﺭﻭﺝ ﻗﺒل ﺫﻝﻙ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ.
ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﺍﻝﻤﺨﺘﺹ ﺍﻝﻭﻗﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻜﺎﻥ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻻ ﺃﻡ ﺍﻝﻅﻬﺭ ﱠﻰﻠﺼ ﻗﺩ ﺃﻨﻪ ﺍﻝﻌﺼﺭ ﺼﻼﺓ ﺃﺜﻨﺎﺀ ﺸﻙ ﻝﻭ
ﻋﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻴﺒﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻝﻌﺼﺭ ﺍﻝﻅﻬﺭ ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﺘﺭﻙ ﺍﻝﻭﻗﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻴﻠﺘﻔﺕ ﻝﻡ ﺒﺎﻝﻌﺼﺭﺍﻹﺘﻴﺎﻥ ﻡ
ﺒﺎﻝﻅﻬﺭ.ﺒﺎﻝﻌﺼﺭ ﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﺜﻡ ﺍﻝﻅﻬﺭ ﺃﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﻴﻜﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻝﻅﻬﺭ ﺇﻝﻰ ﺒﻴﺩﻩ ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻌﺩل
ﺒﻌﺩﻫﺎ.

ﺩﺨل ﻗﺩ ﺍﻝﻠﻴل ﺃﻥ ﺃﻡ ﹰﺎﺒﺎﻗﻴ ﺯﺍل ﻤﺎ ﺍﻝﻨﻬﺎﺭ ﺃﻥ ﻴﻌﻠﻡ ﻭﻝﻡ ﻻ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻝﻴﻭﻡ ﻝﻬﺫﺍ ﻭﺍﻝﻌﺼﺭﻴﺒﻨﻲ ﻓﻬﻨﺎ
ﺒﺎﻝﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﺍﻝﻨﻬﺎﺭ ﺒﻘﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ.
ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺠﺏ ﻭﻋﺩﻤﻪ ﺍﻝﻅﻬﺭ ﺒﺈﺘﻴﺎﻥ ﺍﻝﻤﻜﻠﻑ ﻥﻅ ﻓﻠﻭ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ ﻜﺤﻜﻡ ﻫﻨﺎ ﺍﻝﻅﻥ ﺤﻜﻡ
ﺍﻝﻤﺘﻘﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﻝﺸﺭﻭﻁ ﻤﻊ ﺒﻪ ﺍﻻﺘﻴﺎﻥ.

ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﺃﻨﻪ ﺒﻤﻌﻨﻰ ،ﺍﻝﻭﻗﺕ ﺩﺍﺨل ﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺇﻥ ﺒﺸﻜﻪ ﻴﻌﺘﻨﻲ ﻻ ﺍﻝﻭﺴﻭﺍﺴﻲﻙﺸ ﻝﻭ ﺤﺘﻰ

ﺍﻝﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ:ﻭﻴﺒﻨﻲ ،ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺸﻲﺀ ﻻ ﻓﻬﻨﺎ ﺒﻌﺩﻩ ﺁﺨﺭ ﻓﻌل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺩﺨﻭل ﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻝﻔﻌل ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﺸﻙ ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ

ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﻓﻲ ﺫﻝﻙ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺘﺒﻴﻥ ﺜﻡ ﺕﺭﻤ ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺍﻝﻘﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﺤﺴﺏ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻴﺠﺏ ﺒﻤﺎ ﺍﻝﺸﺎﻙ ﻋﻤل ﻝﻭ
ﻙﺸ ﻗﺩ ﻜﺎﻥ ﺒﻤﺎ ﹰﻼﺃﺼ ﺃﺘﻰ ﻗﺩ ﺃﻨﻪ ﻤﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻻﻨﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻝﺼﻼﺓﺼﻭﺭﺘﺎﻥ ﻓﻬﻨﺎ ﺒﻪ:

ﻤﺴﺄﻝﺔ:ﺃﻭ ﻓﺼل ﻓﻠﻭ ﻓﺼل ﻭﺒﺩﻭﻥ ﻤﺒﺎﺸﺭﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﺴﻠﻴﻡ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻻﺤﺘﻴﺎﻁ ﺒﺼﻼﺓ ﺍﻹﺘﻴﺎﻥ ﻴﺠﺏﺃﺘﻰ
