Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie, China is known for its 99 sharp turns to reach the summit, 999 step staircase, and natural stone arch formed by the collapse of a cave 263 AD. Visitors can drive the winding road with scenic views, or take a cable car costing $38 for panoramic views, and must climb stairs to reach the base of the arch. Stunt pilots have famously flown planes through the large arch opening.
This resume covers Michelle Osterauer Moreira's work from 2012 to 2015. During this time she created some logos, combined 2D elements with live footage using green screen techniques, and produced 2D and 3D animation previews as well as photography work.

Technical Debt - Why should you care? (Agiles Buenos Aires 2011)CI&T
The document discusses the concept of technical debt in software development. It provides examples of projects that accumulated large amounts of technical debt by taking shortcuts and ignoring code quality, which led to increased bugs, delays in meeting deadlines, and loss of credibility. It also presents examples of projects that controlled technical debt through practices like design standards, code reviews, automated testing, and regular refactoring. This allowed them to develop new features efficiently and maintain high code quality over time. The key messages are that technical debt should be avoided by focusing on quality, and if debt occurs, it needs to be promptly addressed to avoid large interest payments down the road.
