OBJECTIVE:

EXPERIENCE:
 Worked as Sr. Research Associate in Shore Infotech Pvt. LTD, for
iCompliance which is for a Finance Process, (May 2012-Aug 2014). Job Role
included a lot of calling and applications work. Majorly on calling US and UK
firms and collecting a legal document for FINRA 2111, FINRA 5131, and
Qualified Institutional Certificate (QIB), these certificates certifies a firm to
be qualified institutional purchasers. Our contact points were Chief Compliance
Officers (CCO), Chief Financial Officers (CFO) and or any other contact person
with higher authority, which is why we needed to have excellent verbal and
written communicational skills as our conversations were through E-Mails too. As
it was a KPO, a major part of work consisted of web research of different levels
and kinds.
 Worked as Sr. Customer Service Executive in Formula One Technologies
for 3 years and 2 months for a Technical Process as a Team Lead. (May, 2009 –
May 2012). The process was to resolve issues of US and UK customers, who
owned Kodak Printers. Apart from Printers, we also troubleshot Mac computers
and laptops. Providing a resolution to the customer in the lowest AHT was a
challenge but was achievable.
 Worked as Sr. PD (process developer) for a Tech support process in GENPACT,
for 2 years.
