Piyush Kumar Goyal derived a new formula called "Square Through Squares" to calculate the square of a number by using points on squares along the x and y axes. The formula takes the product of the (N-2)th square on the y-axis and 3rd square on the x-axis, plus the product of the (N-3)th square on the y-axis and (N-3)th square on the x-axis. Some examples are shown calculating the squares of 5 and 4 using this method.
