individuals who want to help English learners.
 The mobile version offers the possibility to listen to the audio directly
extracted from the web version.
 We also have the option to download and so we can hear without
consuming mobile data.
 Operation is simple; you only have to access the app, look over the
available audios and choose the one you want to listen.

9.  Spotlight programs are made for people who are learning
English. They are easier to understand. The programs use a
method called 'Specialized English'. Specialized English is a
controlled version of the English language used for radio
broadcasting. It is easier for non-native speakers of English
to understand; therefore, they will improve their listening
skill.
 Compared with 'normal' English broadcasting, Specialized
English uses:
 fewer words (our word list has 1500 words; we explain
other words when we need them)
 slower speed (about 90 words per minute, or half the
normal speaking speed)
 shorter sentences (mostly, one idea per sentence).
