The document reports on the progress of developing the SPOT online thesis manuscript checking platform. It outlines feedback and suggestions from stakeholders to improve the system, including revising terminology, roles, diagrams and features. System testing achieved agreement or strong agreement across functionality, usability, efficiency and reliability metrics. The system aims to automate manuscript uploading and checking, add analytics, and comply with software evaluation standards. An implementation plan and additional enhancements are proposed.

7. To develop a module where:
1. the users will be given an account:
2. researchers are able to upload the soft copy of their thesis
manuscript;
3. thesis committee and research instructor can be notified through
the system and via email;
4. thesis committee can check the manuscript using online editor;
and,
5. thesis committee can approve the manuscript.
8. To incorporate analytics feature that:
1. monitor the running days of checking;
2. view the pending manuscripts to be check and sign;
3. monitor the progress of checking and signing
4. view the approval status.
9. To test the developed system using ISO/IEC 25010-2011
software evaluation criteria in terms of:
1. functionality;
2. usability;
3. efficiency; and
4. reliability

For the objectives of the study, the project aims to fulfill the following:
First is to develop a module where the users such as:
research instructor,
thesis committee,
Dean, Researcher.
Will be given an account.
This the Architectural diagram of the developing system. The instructor will act as the administrator which able to manage the accounts of users and monitor the thesis manuscript uploaded by the researchers.
As the Researchers logged in using the registered account, the Researchers can now upload the thesis manuscript to the internet and the Researchers can also receive feedbacks if the thesis manuscript submitted is approved or for revision.
As for the thesis committee, including the thesis adviser, panelists and chairman. The thesis committee can also logged in using the registered account. The adviser will be the first one to check the thesis manuscript, if the manuscript is approved, the manuscript will be sent to the panelists and also save the progress to the database. If the manuscript is for revision, it will return to the Researchers. The process will be the same until the approval of chairman.
After the approval of Chairman, the manuscript will be signed by the Dean and the manuscript file will return to the thesis leader.
This is the Context flow diagram for the developing system.
The entities here are the Admin, Researchers, Thesis Committee and the Dean.
The Research Instructor will give the approved account for the user and can also view the uploaded manuscript of the thesis leader together with the progress of checking.
The Researchers can upload their manuscript to the system and can receive if the uploaded manuscript is for revision or approval and can view the progress of checking.
The Thesis Committee can check the uploaded thesis manuscript of the thesis leader and send it back to the system with approval or for revision.
The Dean can sign the approved manuscript by the thesis committee and will return to the system with e-signature.
Agree then Strongly Agree
After the development of the SPOT: There are findings that have been found out and these are as follows:
The Spot online thesis manuscript checking platform allow users to have an account
The Researchers can upload their thesis manuscript
Thesis committees can have notification to the system and via email
The Thesis committees can check and annotate the manuscript
Also, Thesis committees can approve thesis manuscript
The SPOT: Online Thesis Manuscript Checking Platform was been attested as follows:
The System functioned properly as it met the requirement needed in the system
The system provides a user friendly interface that allows the users easily understand and use the system
The system gives a response to the needs of the user
Also, the system gives a well organized process in checking manuscript with the use of workflow
