Why is Digestion very important?
When you eat food, such as meats, vegetables or
breads, these are not in a form that the body can use
as nourishment.

A free radical is an unstable molecule that steals
an electron from a stable molecule in order
to satisfy its need for repair. It is produced as
a by-product of cellular action that requires
expense of energy, the process of which is called
