回路解析シミュレーションを行う場合には、EDAツールが先ず必要です。
その次に、自分が回路設計を行う際に採用したいデバイスモデルを準備
しなくてはなりません。
つまり、材料表ベースでの部品(デバイス)のデバイスモデルを入手する
必要があります。
回路解析シミュレーションの解析精度は、デバイスモデルの精度に起因
する為、デバイスモデルを先ず、整備する必要があります。
半導体部品の場合、モデルの解析精度:%Error 5%以内
受動部品の場合、モデルの解析精度:%Error 10%以内
ここでのEDAツールは、PSpiceを想定しております。

【スパイス・パーク】とは、PSpice用の「スパイス・モデル」を合計2090個
格納したラ イブラリです。内容は主に日本のサプライヤー品を主体として、
半導体、受動部品、バッテリー、DCモーター、ランプにカテゴリー分けを
行いライブラリー化しています。
今までお客様からいただいたご要望の声
①日本国内のスパイスモデルの入手が困難である
②解析精度のいいスパイス・モデルを整備したい
を具現化致しました。
「スパイス・パーク」はモデル、シンボル、デバイスモデリング・レポートで
構成されております。スパイスモデルは順次更新されていきます。
また、お客様の必要なデバイス20個のデバイスモデリングサービスも
