This document provides guidance on structuring a presentation similarly to an essay, with an introduction, main body, and conclusion. The introduction should introduce the presenter and topic, and outline the main points. The main body should cover points in a logical sequence using transition words. Examples should be included to support points. The conclusion should summarize the key topics discussed. Presenters are reminded to keep their talks concise within the allotted time and not try to cover too many points.
