This document provides an overview of the differences between the Spanish verbs "estar" and "ir". Estar is used to describe a condition or physical location, while ir is used to talk about going somewhere or what will be done in the future. When using ir + a, it means "to go", and ir + a + verb forms the future tense. When asking where someone is going, the question is "¿A donde...?". Examples of using estar and ir are provided.
