This document provides instructions for a digital storytelling workshop. 3. Peer Feedback: Digital Story Script
• Read ALOUD your script to your friend!
• Make it more “listen-able” – you are telling a story to
someone
• Make sure your script is at appropriate length.
• About 2-2.5 minute long.
• See the iRubric
• Update your script based on my feedback and your friend’s
feedback before you start your storyboard!

4. Next Step: Creating Storyboards
• What is a storyboard?
o Basically, storyboards are graphic organizers.
• Create your own storyboard:
• Draw pictures and write on a paper-based template (Note: Check
the website for the template and example storyboard)

5. How to Submit My Storyboard
• Complete your paper-based storyboard.
• Make sure that you have enough # of them for your
digital story.
• Staple them together!
• Leave them in my folder in the TTL (ED 2010)
