16. GUIDELINES FOR
MC SUMMER PROGRAM 2015
Procedure for Enrolment:
• For most of the programs you may go to any unit to enroll.
(Child Study Center Admissions Office – Ms. Itoy Barcenilla, Lower School APSA – Ms. Emy
Nabong, Middle School APAA – Ms. Beth Reyes, High School APSA – Ms. Malou Mararac)
• Accomplish the Summer Program Registration Form.
• Provide 2 1x1 colored ID pictures – 1 for the ID and the other one for the registration form.
• Proceed to the Cashier to pay.
• On the first day of class remember to submit the Official Receipt to the
teacher/coach/facilitator of the program.
Others
• Non-academic programs will be dissolved if the minimum required number of students is
not met. You are encouraged to change the program you enrolled in. Fees will apply to the
program you have chosen.
• For Non MC students enrolled in the different summer programs, you may get a summer
program car pass from the ASD.
• The students are required to wear their Summer Program ID all times while in the MC
Campus.
• You are required to follow all rules and policies inside the Miriam College Campus.
Loitering in different areas is not allowed.
• For those enrolling in any of the Music Classes, please proceed to the Music Center to
make arrangements for the schedule of classes. You may also call the Music Center at
extension no. 3580 .
• For those enrolling in Ballet Classes please get in touch with Teacher Grace at 0917-
8940626 or Teacher Anna at 0939-9263294 for other inquiries. The Ballet Center is open
on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Procedure for Refund:
1. Obtain a Refund Request Form from the Cashier.
2. Fill up the Refund Request Form and endorse this to the Cashier together with the
Official Receipt.
3. The Cashier will attach the Official Receipt to the form and endorse this to the Summer
Program Office for processing.
4. You can get your refund from the College Cashier’s Office (check payment) after 10
working days.
5. The Summer Program Coordinator will inform you of the availability of the check for
refund.
6. ID fees will be refunded.
