The 8th Annual Polar Bear Ride hosted by the Pee Dee Chapter #93 in Florence, SC will be held on January 1st, 2012 at the ESAB Recreational Building located at 411 S. Ebenezer Rd. Festivities for the fundraiser that benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will begin at 10:30 AM, featuring door prizes, auction items, a 50/50 drawing, bike show, and food and drinks. Turn-by-turn directions will be provided to participating chapters as the date gets closer, and over 500 riders are expected to attend the event to meet up with old and new friends.
