This document discusses how the sounds of words can influence people and should be considered when naming products or services. It provides evidence from studies that showed people preferred brand names that had sounds fitting the product, like perceiving the letter R as expressing motion and preferring the name "Frosh" over "Frish" for ice cream. The document recommends applying this by using sounds in names that fit your own products or services.
Improving Public Approval For Business Jetseliotgoode
In an attempt to capture the public\'s perception of the biz jet industry, our group (consisting of 4 other gulfstream employees) conducted a research project via the use of surveys. The results confirmed our hypotheses. Hypotheses 1 & 2: Public perception (H1) and public approval (H2) of business jets will increase if the public understands the industry benefits to the economy.

Process- A set of instructions or formal direction to push production from beginning to end.
Process Integration- The procedure of putting instruction into practice. Company management is to develop a plan of action. The plan of action is then carried out through the training program. The training program trains the employees to get them prepared for daily operations.
I work in a factory and there are many different stations that go into the production of our product. To ensure that new hires are prepared for the tasks themselves there is a training area that has smaller versions of all the work areas that new hires spend their first day working within. The training area gives the new hires the opportunity to gain a basic understanding before going to the production floor. However, the training area limits the experience procedure itself, it does not teach the pace of the production floor. To train the new hires about the pace of the production floor, new hires are typically stationed in more of the less strenuous tasks first. Then as they become more comfortable with the pace of production they are transitioned to the more pivotal workstations. This multitiered integration helps make process training more seamless for new hires. It is a very effective plan of action.

This study aims at describing controversial messages in advertising, and analysing the consumers‟ attitudes towards it. For this research, both primary and secondary sources were used, as we collected data from three focus groups, as well as information from the media concerning the advertising campaigns used. Said campaigns are: United Colors of Benetton “UNHATE”, Sisley “Fashion Junkies”, and a sample of some American Apparel advertisements. Through this research, we elaborated the relationship between the messages carried by controversial advertisements and the decisions taken by consumers. Our findings show that the outcomes and impact of
controversial advertisements are hardly predictable, but they are influenced by the content of the message and the way it is presented. We also present a link between the consumers' decision-making process and their attitudes, together with how
controversial advertisements impact those attitudes and reactions towards a brand or its products.

Claim: By coming back to his original foreign policy promises, “engaging rather than confronting adversaries…” (Shanks, 2016) President Barack H. Obama is using peace instead of violence to, not only, make the Iran Nuclear deal, but enforce it.
Evidence: The Soufan group, which is built and run by former operatives of respective agencies like the cia, fbi, British MI6, is an intel gathering agency that gives top ranking US military and intel officials confidence in the Iran Nuke deal, through their findings. (Shanks, 2016)
Evidence: President Obama asked critics of the agreement whether they preferred war instead.
Claim: Just because peace is used as primary factor of enforcing a treaty, violence, as a threat, can be used to help both parties maintain peace.
Evidence: Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter has doubted what a military strike could do, but called for a military strike strategy in case Iran seeks to advance their Nuclear capabilities
(Shanks, 2016)
Evidence: General Martin Dempsey agreed the deal was better than a direct strike against Iran, but does not discount the power and possibilities a direct strike could bring about.
(Shanks, 2016)
Claim: The absence of peace after the Treaty of Versailles created tensions that led to World war two, but could’ve been alleviated through the efforts of peace.
Evidence: The terms of the treaty of Versailles set forth by the British and French pretty much guaranteed WWII happening. (Gordon, 1998)
Evidence: There was a need of compensation of justice for the pain WWI had brought (Gordon, 998)
Claim: Looking to disable the opposing party is an aggressors choice that leads to violence, while a peaceful approach can disarm the situation before it starts.
Evidence: The Prime minister of France from 1917 on came to the Paris Peace conference with one objective, to make Germany pay. (Shepley, 2011)
Evidence: The German people were disappointed with the Peace Conference because they felt their politicians failed them, and no matter what they were being punished. This led to discontent and the anti-Semitism movement began. (Shepley, 2011)

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

2. Sounds of words Which name would be a larger and more powerful car, a ___ Bromley, or ___ Brimley? See the next slide for the answer. Adapted from AdPrin.com 2
3. Bromley is selected by most people “The letter r appears to me to be the general instrument expressing all motion.” (Plato) Tipper et al. (1921) said that advertisers should use words where the sounds supported the message. Specific guidelines are provided on pages 194-5 of Persuasive Advertising. Evidence These guidelines are developed by Klink (2001) in a study in which he asked 265 subjects to evaluate fictitious brand names. Evidence from Yorkston and Menon (2004) in a series of studies where they presented two brands of ice cream named Frish and Frosh and had subjects sample each (which were identical). Intentions were higher for Frosh.
4. Based on this exercise, write a small application step for yourself, and set a deadline, preferably within one week. If you are working with someone else, share your application plan and the results of your application. For example, use sounds that fit with the product or service you provide. Adapted from AdPrin.com
