Software's Used

   Photoshop was used to edit our individual ancillary tasks and also
    to edit images. We also used Photoshop to create our credits for
    our main product. We used Photoshop as we felt it was the best
    image manipulating software and it was easy to use. It had
    advanced tools that other websites or software’s didn’t have.




Photoshop
   We didn’t use Final Cut Pro 5; we used the earlier edition of Final
    Cut Pro 2. This software allowed us to edit the footage that we
    had filmed for our main task. It was the most advanced film
    editing software we could use as Windows Movie Maker was too
    basic and we needed a software with an extra edge which this
    provided. It allowed us to add things that weren't there in the
    first place.




Final Cut Pro
   We will use Soundtrack Pro to add and manipulate sounds into
    our main production so that it looks natural and fits the main
    production well. There were areas in the main product where it
    was silent and we needed non-diegetic music to make it seem
    natural and give it that extra edge. As the editing for the main
    product was done on a Mac with Final Cut Pro, we decided to use
    it on the same Mac.




Soundtrack Pro
   We used Microsoft Word to do most of our blog work and
    uploaded it with Scribd so that it was viewable online. We also did
    our important documentations like our ‘Health and Safety’,
    ‘Location Release Form’ and others. We also conducted most our
    research on Word like our questionnaires.

   Celtx was used to create the script for our main production. We
    could have used Microsoft Word to make it but it was much easier
    using it on this software as it had different layers and showed
    how to set out the script.

   Scribd was used to upload our Word documents on it and then
    onto the blog from there. It was an easy was of keeping our work
    interactive and available online.

   Bubbl.us is used to create a brainstorm, and we used it to create
    a brainstorm for our production so we knew how to set about with
    our idea and in what direction we would be heading.

   Slide share was used to upload our presentations onto our
    individual blogs and our main blog. It allowed an easy way of
    uploading our presentations and making it viewable to our
    audience.

   We used Blogger to upload all our personal and group work onto
    it, so that it was more interactive and it allowed our work to be
    visible and available to everyone. It also allowed our work to be
    interactive.

   We didn’t use excel as much but we did use it for our budget so
    that we could calculate where we spent the money and how much
    it would cost us.




Microsoft Excel
   We used PowerPoint to make some of our work like the Trial
    Photos and like this, ‘Software’s Used’. It was easy to make and
    use and also easy to upload; it would make our work more
    interactive.

   Youtube was a key part where we uploaded our main product so
    that it was available to our viewers and the audience. It would
    also help us with our evaluation when editing our video on how
    we did.
