The Parties hereby agree to trade the following products and conclude the terms
and conditions as below:
Article 1: Application of rate priority:
- 40% discount on published rates (internet) for the first night, apply for
customer who has the card Member of the REF
- 30% discount for the next night, apply for apply for customer who has the
card Member of the REF. The reduction is not limited for number of
reservation.
- Stay 3 pay 2:The first 2 nights applies to published rates (internet), 3rd night
in a row is completely free
- Customer can only chooseone of the Article above
Article 2: Charges and tax rates:
- Contract Price applies to a singer or double room/night, unit VND, inclusive
of 10% tax, 5% service charge and breakfast buffet or oder. Not pay again
for customer when they do not eat breakfast.
- Price of Contract only applies for card Member of the REF and direct
payment.
- Price of Contact must be security.
Article 3: Reservation:
- Reservation must be send by document by fax or email, and full of
information necessary (number of customer, dates and days to go…).
Check room by phone number not to be conformed is reservation.
- Conform to reservation is full implementation by document with detail of
payment. In case of Party A is not reservation. Party B will apply with price
announced.
Article 4: Time to check in and check out
- Time to check in 12:00 AM, time to check out 12:00 AM the next day.
- Take room early or late dependent on the number of vacancy of hotel but
must be Agreement before.
Article 5: General terms

3. - This contract is established pursuant to the law of Vietnam and have legal
value since have signature and seals of the two pantries representation. Two
pantries shall not be able for other damage in case of majeure suchas: war,
change law of the State Vietnamese, disaster, disease...
- Dispute resolution: In caseof contract performance , if dispute arise or the
Party who do not imply as the Contract two Pantries will resolve by
negotiated settlement in a spirit of cooperation. If dispute is not to be solved,
two pantries will go to the economic court of Ho Chi Minh city to be solved.
Two pantries must perform the Determination of the Court , court fees and
the charge will be paid by The Pantry who was wrong.
- This contract take effect from signing to the end of 30/10/2015, was made in
two copies, each pantry keeps on copyand have the same legal value.
