5. Earning Opportunity #5
Team Earnings (Binary)
The real potential of the SoZo Wealth Plan opens up to you when you start to
take advantage of Team Earnings. It's all about bringing new Distributors
who purchase product into your organization and teaching them to do the
same.
SoZo's Team Earnings are paid according to a Binary (Two Team)
compensation plan structure. When you enter the business you'll be placed
in one of two teams (left or right) in your sponsor's organization. You'll then
be compensated on successfully building two teams of your own. Based on
the Enrollment Product Pack you selected when joining SoZo, you can
qualify to earn 10%, 12%, and even 15% in team earnings.
It's really very simple. All you have to do is build your sales team by
enrolling two distributors to begin with, and then help each of them find two
more, just like you did. Your two and their two are placed in your right or left
team. When everybody follows that simple model, your organization grows
exponentially into hundreds and then thousands.
To begin receiving Team Earnings, simply stay active every four weeks with
an automatic reorder of monthly products, that we call an “autoship” and
have at least one personally sponsored, active Distributor on your left and
right team/leg. You'll qualify to receive a team earnings “cycle” commission
every time you accumulate 300 Sales Volume (SV) (as defined below), on
your left team and 300 Sales Volume (SV) on your right team.
Unpaid Binary Sales Volume for active Distributors carries over to the next
week and will be paid as soon as you accumulate the minimum 300 SV on
your lesser sales volume team/leg. While many companies "flush" sales
volume periodically on a Distributors "strong team" to acquire greater
breakage/profits for the company, SoZo does just the opposite, allowing you
to accumulate "carry-over" sales volume of up to 1 Million as long as you're
active and Binary qualified. Your lesser team/leg “carry-over” sales volume
will not count towards rank advancement sales volume requirements. Your
Binary cycle pay will be fueled by your teams’ New Enrollment SV, Autoship
SV and customer orders!
6. Team Earnings (Continued)
All you have to do to access this exciting income generator is
simply be on an automatic reorder (Autoship) each month at
either 50PV or 100PV of your favorite SoZo products and have
one personally sponsored Active Distributor on each team/leg.
Depending on your Distributor rank, or enrollment product pack
choice and Autoship PV, you will qualify for 10%, 12, or 15%.
Every time you accumulate 300 Sales Volume (SV) on your weak
team/leg, you’ll be paid a Binary Team Earning cycle bonus.
For example, if your lesser team sales volume (also referred to as
“weak leg” sales volume) is 300SV, at 10% you’re paid $30. If you
qualify to earn 12% you’ll be paid $36 USD. If you qualify to earn
15%, you’ll be paid $45.

7. Earning Opportunity #6
Leadership Check Match
You can earn a Leadership Check Match (LCM represents the
“Backend -Unilevel” of SoZo’s Binary/Unilevel Hybrid compensation
plan structure), on any personally sponsored active Distributor,
THEIR personally sponsored active Distributors, and so on, no
matter which of your Binary teams/legs (right or left), they're on.
This allows you to be paid on your ENTIRE Binary (both your right
and left team/leg). Your Personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree starts
with the people you directly sponsor and grows with the ones they
sponsor. You can earn a check match on ALL of their weekly Binary
team earnings. Your weekly LCM commission is in addition to your
weekly Binary commissions.
You begin earning a Leadership Check Match (LCM) on the 1st
Generation of your Personal Enrollment Tree when you attain the
Gold Distributor rank, and every time you advance to a higher rank,
your earning potential increases because you qualify to go deeper
generationally in your Personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree. You're
paid a check matching bonus on the weekly Binary Team Earnings
of your personally sponsored Distributors and their personally
sponsored Distributors and so on, up to Eight (8) Generations deep.
Generations are defined by “Paid as” Silver rank Distributors or
above in your personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree.
How much does it pay? That's the most exciting part. SoZo’s LCM
isn't a very low fixed percentage as you find in most Unilevel LCM’s.
Instead it's based on a floating percentage. You see, SoZo
GUARANTEES to pay up to 50% of total companywide
commissionable sales volume to Distributors every single week. The
Leadership Check Match floating percentage is one of the powerful
ways SoZo fulfills that promise.

18. Overall Payout Rules
Along with the Binary Business Center earning cap of $50,000
weekly and the individual leadership rank earning caps, there is a
general payout cap of 50% of total SV (Sales Volume), on the
collective payout through the entire compensation plan.
Bonuses and Commissions listed within this Wealth Plan document
are the maximum limits eligible for each rank shown and are
based strictly on individual performance. SoZo will never pay
more than 50% of total weekly company wide sales volume into
the commission plan structure. This 50% sales volume commission
cap payout has been put in place to ensure the long-term viability
of SoZo. No commissions are paid for the recruiting of new
Distributors. Commissions are only paid on the sale of products.
A product purchase is not required to become a SoZo Distributor.
SoZo makes NO GUARANTEES of income and results depend
solely on the efforts of each individual Distributor. This document
is designed to offer an overview of the generous benefits offered
by SoZo to those individual Distributors who put in the work
necessary to build a successful SoZo business.
19. GLOSSARY
Active
A status any Distributor can reach by generating a minimum of 50 PV every f our weeks.
AutoShip
An on going and automatic program that enables customers to receive product every month.
Distributors on AutoShip receive their product every 28 days, ensuring that they stay active in
the SoZo Wealth Plan.
Binary
The method used to calculate Team Earnings, in which Distributors are arranged in a genealogy
with two legs (left and right) and commissions are paid on the sales volume of the weaker
volume leg.
Carry-Over Sales Volume
Accrued Sales Volume that was not paid out in the period it was produced. Weak Leg Carry-
Over Sales Volume will not count toward rank advancement, nor will it apply to Sales Volume
requirements for monthly qualifications of Car Bonus Program.
Paid As Rank
The level, or rank earned during a weekly bonus period which you will be paid at.
Personal Sponsor
The individual who introduced and enrolled you into the SoZo Opportunity.
Personal Volume (PV)
The value of product personally purchased for your personal use, for resale, or through
AutoShip. Personal SV does not count towards Dual Team or LCM commissions.
Personal Sponsorship Line of Lineage
Individual lines of lineage begin with a Distributor you have personally sponsored.
Personal Sponsorship Enrollment Tree
All of the Distributors that you have personally sponsored, plus all those that they have
personally sponsored, and so on. Your personal sponsorship tree dues not include Distributors
from your binary that have been placed there by a Distributor not in your personal sponsorship
tree.
Qualified
Any Distributors who has at least one personally sponsored and active Distributor on each leg
(left and right) is considered qualified.
Sales Volume (SV)
The value of product purchased for personal use, for resale, or through AutoShip, used to
calculate commission and bonuses. Sales Volumes are expressed in points and are not
necessarily equivalent to any currency value. Active Distributors carry over unpaid volume.
Inactive Distributors do not carry over unpaid sales volume.
