Jeremy Smithes presented on his summer co-op assignment at Marion Metal Center from May to August. He completed two projects - creating a database to improve navigation between software interlocks, and revising and updating electrical schematics on production lines. He gained experience with AutoCAD, variable frequency drives, transformers, and PLCs. Jeremy learned the importance of the D.A.R. method - decrypt, absorb, retain - for learning best. He thanked his supervisor and mentors for their support during the assignment.
