Marko Benda (MBA diploma and postgraduate certificate in
Business Management) has gained a lot of experience as a
manager in various companies and the Smart Fashion EOOD,
which he established in 2012 in Sofia.

6. CONSULTANCY
Retail consultancy is main activity of the company Smart Fashion. It’s main driver is CEO Marko Benda
with long experiences in retail development. Marko Benda is non executive board member and business
development consultant of Nano Group which operates under Monos Group conglomerate. In Nano Group
Mongolia are companies;

group..)

We have been helping retail companies to develop the market and build their presence. We helped
opening of over 20 stores and build 4 companies since 2009 in Bulgarian and Mongolian market. We
opened several stores with brands Tally Weijl, Bata, Tom Tailor, Butlers, Sportina multi brand, Pimkie, SIX,
First Steps, Sportvision.

7. Backoffice project was established in 2014. The aim of this project is to support Slovenian
and other foreign companies starting their business and opening a company in Bulgaria.
We are closely cooperating with Slovenian embassy in Bulgaria with department of
economic affairs and with H.E. ambassador Ksenija Škrilec

8. Clean My Wardrobe is online project which started in 3Q 2014. We cooperate with drop-
ship logistic centre with three main warehouses in China, UK and USA. Clean My
Wardrobe is online e-commerce site without permanent stock.

9. WHOLESALE
Wholesale business is one of the youngest projects in Smart Fashion. Project started in 1st
Q of 2015. We are acting as agents for several brands for wholesale development for
Bulgarian and Romanian market including Tally Weijl, Tom Tailor, Savoy, Slam, Medicine,
Shine, Geox (old stock) and some other smaller fashion retailers.
In our portfolio we have also cosmetic products; perfumes, natural cosmetics, metallic
tattoos, Solingen program and others.
