A survey of 619 small business owners found that one-third who don't currently offer health insurance said they would be more likely to do so because of new small business tax credits available under the Affordable Care Act. Additionally, one-third of those who don't offer insurance and one-third of those who do said they would be more likely to offer insurance because of upcoming state health insurance exchanges. However, most respondents were not familiar with the exchanges or tax credits. The survey was conducted by Small Business Majority, a nonprofit advocacy organization, in November 2010.
