• Lighting and Light Signaling component’s:
Head Lamp, side indicator, side marker lamp, reflex reflector tape and retro reflector, tail lamp ,
EOL,ID lamp, License Plate Lamp and Spot lamp.
Responsibilities:
• Developing new concept designs, packaging study and 3D modeling.
• Development of concepts to manufacturing parts considering manufacturing process, material,
manufacturing requirements from the supplier.
• Conducting Design review meetings, cross functional discussions and securing agreements,
supplier interaction and selection, proto parts testing in test vehicle and rectifying the issues,
Design release activities.
• Creating manufacturing drawings with the ASME and Client’s STDs, applying Dimensional
tolerance, GD&T and ISO STDs as required.
