This document summarizes several life experiences and lessons learned: 1) The author recalls participating in a school Olympics competition as a child where each class competed as a team, showing the importance of unity. 2) Picking cherries from the top of a tree taught the author that achieving goals requires effort and climbing "bit by bit everyday." 3) Earning a high school diploma represented entering reality and credentials becoming important for interviews and proving one's abilities.

1. This picture has a long history. It
has been taken on the day when I
graduated my kindergarten. I had
a great smile and formal dressing. I
understand that image Is very
important. Not matter you are in a
job interview or in your work field.
Your image represents how
confident and professional you are.
A positive image usually result
more and better opportunities
come to you.

2. This was a traditional event when I was at grade8. It was liked a tiny Olympic
game. Each class will be a individual unit and send their best athletes to
participate the games. And they will design a unique flat to represent their class.
This event told me the importance of unite. During the long journey of my career,
I will not be alone. I have all my colleagues and friends the help me through.

3. Couple years ago, I went to a small town near St. Catharines to gather cherries. I could
not reach the one at the top of a cherry tree. Some one told me the taste of those
cherries on the top of a tree is the best. Then I got a ladder to climb up to the top.
When I ate one, that felling is amazing. After this, I truly believe the one standing at
the top would always be the best. I will set this as my goal and climb up bit by bit
everyday.

4. This is my high school diploma. My live in high school is so much different from now.
After I got this diploma, I realize the reality. Credential has significant meaning nowaday.
It means one’s abilities have been proven by a educational institute. And it is an
necessary tool when you are doing a interview.

5. I went to a traditional town with a very long history with my friends last summer.
There is a big bowl which is called the largest bowl all over the world. I squatted under
this bowl and pretended this bowl is on my back. I was trying to resent the feeling of a
person when so much pressure push its back. If I want to success, first thing I need to
do is get used to work under pressure.
