Integrative thinking was coined by Dr.
Roger Martin, Dean of the Rotman
Business School in Torononto.

Scientrix identifies the dimensions and variables relevant for an
problem and then organizes them through the matrix structure. By
combining these dimensions, the matrix structure enables one view
multitude of models and options are generated to solve the problem
Through the matrix structure
Causality: Multi – dimensional and non – linear causality considered.
The Scientrix matrix structure embeds cause – effective relationships.
The matrix framework helps to deal with the relationships between
multiuple dimensions without having to struggle with complexity.
