Underlying some of the paintings are questions about job creation, the space between two people and the relevance of artists in today’s society. The biggest question being how the artist can help the entrepreneur? Taking these questions beyond the journaling, paint and abstract realms Roisin has created an exhibition of her work and demanded that the space offers something more then visual parlance. ‘Of earth and soul’ offers possibilities and space for different ways of doing things. Creating and offering opportunity to connect people and ideas through networking, events social interludes and creative workshops.

Kijadurias’s uninhibited contemporary vision of the world and his ability to write about the objects, visions, fears and neuroses of the people of Latin America is unquestionably remarkable.
His approach to painting is completely unique and
transcending, he calls it “La Evolución” (The Evolution). In his method he transforms shadows into visually compelling story-telling masterpieces that evoke a deep resonance of the ever-evolving exuberant Latin American way life.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

13. Durand Seay Durand Seay utilizes painting and photography in his search for symbols of balance, serenity, spirituality, and how we connect as a people. His photography stretches the bounds of what we consider as the story, allowing the viewer to feel a dialog to be created or added upon. The illuminations remove the image out of its original context placing them as abstractions to guide the viewer’s impressions. These legacies of layers, studies in organic constructions arrive from a pursuit influenced by his architecture and a fascination with structures found in nature or those being man made. He will always ask you, “how does the work make you feel, the emotion evoked?” The photography may be purchased in multiple sizes, but best as a 32” x 44” Giclee, archival ink print on gallery wrap canvas. They are intended to be printed as large as possible. Email: mkartntwr@yahoo.com Website:www.durandseayphotography.com

19. Robin Antar Email: info@rantar.com Web: www.rantar.com Blog: www.stonesculptures.org My passion as a sculptor involves a technique I uncovered more than 20 years ago — the precise art of creating "virtual records" of contemporary culture — capturing common, everyday items in stone. Essentially, I replicate these items on a real life-scale, complete with meticulous detail. I achieve this absolute realism by incorporating parts of the actual object, as well as custom-made stains, paints, plastics and gold leaf. It's more than art imitating life, it's art mirroring life.
